An internal spring ensures tamp pressure remains the same time and again, even across multiple baristas - just stop when the lip hits the top of the filter basket. The pressure can be altered by twisting the handle, tightening or loosening the spring, allowing users to find the perfect pressure for their brew. Ideal for cafes and baristas looking for greater consistency in their extraction than that provided by a standard tamper
